What is On Site Banking?

On Site Banking is our remote deposit capture solution. It is a product that allows you to deposit your checks without leaving the office! Using a specialized image device — the Unisys MVX 30 — you scan each check in your deposit, then send us the deposit, via a secured Internet connection!

How does it work?

On Site Banking has both a hardware and a software component to it. While preparing the deposit, you add up the total, input the deposit amount into your PC, and then scan the checks comprising this deposit. The MVX 30 then captures images of the front and back of each check, reading all of the pertinent information on each check. If the totals balance, then the deposit is ready to be deposited, via a secured Internet connection.

How does On Site Banking benefit you?

It saves you time and money. You no longer have to pay a courier or send an employee to the bank every day. You won't have to fight traffic or wait in long lines. You can make multiple deposits in a day if you want or just send one deposit — anytime you want to! And since the MVX 30 is imaging both the front and the backs of your deposits, you don't need to photocopy them anymore!
